Get Immediate Barking Control

Use the Dog Silencer Pro Complete Pack.

I know it sounds impossible but, wouldn't it be nice if you could control your dogs barking immediately without laying a hand on him or her.

I don't know what get's my three dogs going at 3 O'clock in the morning sometimes but it's almost impossible to shut them up without going out and threatening their lives.

I really can't get too upset because they are just doing their jobs but after a minute or so, whoever might have been thinking about coming in my yard has long since changed their mind.

The two Rottweilers are fantastic theft deterrents but sometimes they will go on for 10 or 15 minutes.

Enough already.

That's where the Good Life Company with their Dog Silencer Pro comes in.

The Dog Silencer Pro was the answer I needed.

It puts out some kind of high pitched frequency that dogs don't like at all and it is activated by the dogs bark (of all things).

So every time the dog barks, any one of them, this little box squeaks and they all shut up, even the neighbors little ankle biters quiet down.

I don't use the Dog Silencer Pro all the time, just when they get going at o-dark-thirty, because I want them to bark and keep my property and family safe.

When I do use it, the results are immediate.

It's really very nice.

Check this thing out at the Good Life Company or visit my website for more information: http://dogsilencerpro.net

It's the best money I've spent in a long time.

Why Dogs Bark

The reasons dogs bark in the middle of the night and early in the morning then late in the afternoon followed shortly by barking at 6:06pm and then at any other inconvenient time are as varied and unique as the leaves that fall in Autumn.

Very poetic, I agree, but it is important to understand that dogs do not bark just to annoy you and your neighbors or for spite or revenge (although sometimes it may seem that way).

I know its difficult to believe, but dogs don’t bark just because they can.

Some dog breeds bark more than others, some breeds of dog were actually bred to be barkers.

At the other end of the bark spectrum is the Basenji, a breed of dog that does not bark at all (though the breed can vocalize in other ways).

By listening to your dog and paying close attention you can eventually learn your dog’s different barks.

You've heard the phrase, "knowing is half the battle", right?

Well, this applies to dogs also and understanding the reason or reasons why your dog is barking is the first step towards controlling this undesirable behavior and deciding whether or not the Dog Silencer Pro is the right tool for you.

In general, dogs will most commonly bark for the following reasons:

Warning/Alert:

Barking when someone is at the door or when strangers pass the house/car is the most natural thing in the world for a dog to do.

Many will bark if they sense some type of threat, letting the threat know inno uncertain terms “I’m here protecting this place, enter at your own risk.”

The sound of this bark is usually sharp, loud and authoritative.

With training, this instinct can be honed, and a dog can provide effective protection for your home and family.

Anxiety:

Anxious barking tends to be an an act of self-soothing or self-comforting for many dogs.

It is usually high-pitched and often accompanied by whining.

Separation anxiety is usually the main cause for this type of barking in dogs.

Playfulness/Excitement:

Many dogs will bark while playing with people or other dogs.

Playful barking is especially common in puppies and young dogs.

Although loud, this bark is seldom unpleasant, because the sound of the bark tends to be upbeat and possibly even musical.

Some dogs will bark excitedly when they see the leash or hear the keys jingle and know they are about to go for a walk or car ride.

Attention-seeking:

This bark tends to sound exactly like what it is, so when you hear it, you will usually know what it means.

This bark is to get attention and says “Hey! Hey! Look! Here I am!”

A whine may accompany this bark with some dogs trying to get attention, almost like the tone of a whining child.

Boredom:

The bark of a bored dog sounds like a dog that barks just to hear her own voice.

Though it tends to be annoying, it is also kind of sad.

Bored dogs often bark to release excess energy, and sometimes bark out of loneliness.

They usually need an activity and perhaps even a companion.

Responding to Other Dogs:

This is probably a familiar scenario – one dog down the street starts barking, and one by one the rest of your block joins in.

It’s like a cacophonous rendition of Row Your Boat.

Dogs Hear Differently

God equipped dogs with great hearing devices which are much more effective than our human ears when it comes to hearing noises in the distance.

For many years dogs have been used to guard property and alert their owners of danger before the dangers were even visible to the human eye.

Throughout history, this particular quality of the dog, its superior sense of hearing has been greatly appreciated buy the humans who own them.

A dogs sense of hearing is improved exponentially by the effective shape of the ear and by the fact that the dog's ears are equipped with 18 muscles that allow them to quickly flick their ears towards the direction of the noise source.

Dogs are able to hear much higher frequencies than humans.

According to Animal Health Care:

It is estimated that dogs may hear up to 45,000 Hertz , a sense of sound much more superior to humans which can merely reach up to 23,000 Hertz.

The Dog Silencer Pro will produce sounds throughout a wide range of frequencies dipping down into the audible range of humans but the majority will be above 23,000 Hertz.

The ear drum is the reason that dogs can hear so well.

Sound basically travels from the source in the form of waves that vibrate when they hit the thin membranes which compose the ear drum.

Many owners find it funny when their dog suddenly tilts its head when he or she hears a new interesting noise.

This head tilt is the dog's way of trying to absorb the new noise as much as possible in order to detect it better.

Different dog breeds have different shaped ears so the effectiveness of the Dog Silencer Pro may be increased or decreased accordingly.

This is only one factor that may determine the effectiveness of the Dog Silencer Pro, as it is only a training device and many factors such as consistency, dog personality and area or neighborhood may effect the results.
